Pan 28 cm cast aluminium with Bakelite handle. The pan has an inner 3-layer non-stick coating that reduces the risk of food burns and a protective outer coating that makes cleaning easier. Glass lids can be purchased to match the pan. Aluminium is one of the most thermally conductive materials. It distributes and retains heat evenly and energy-efficiently across the bottom and sides, and at the same time the material is lightweight. Cast aluminium can be used for all heat sources - from conventional hotplates to glass-ceramic and induction hotplates to electric and gas stoves. The products should not be washed in the dishwasher. The unique characteristics of kitchenware are preserved for decades through proper maintenance. Never use abrasive powders and sharp objects that can damage the coating. Always wash only with warm water, detergent and a soft brush. The maximum temperature for the non-stick coating is 230 degrees.
